Working With Me
The First Step
The hardest part about making a change can be the making the first step. Doing something you have not done before or meeting someone new, can at times feel nerve wracking, especially if it's a totally new experience. We often try to predict or picture what events will look like and this is our brain trying to keep us safe and give us certainty, but in reality the brain rarely, if ever, gets it right.
I offer a safe and comfortable space for you to talk at your own pace and together we can explore the issues that you are experiencing and look at what changes you can make that will better serve you.
I understand that everyone and their experiences are unique and that there are many components that make us who we are, and for that reason I use a holistic approach in my practice, personalising each session to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Everything we discuss is confidential and I provide a supportive environment that is non-judgemental and empathetic.

A 60 minute session is £80 and these are usually held weekly so that there is a continuity flow, but this is entirely flexible, depending on schedules and budgets.
