I offer face-to-face sessions in a comfortable and private space in Tenterden. I also work online or we can speak on the telephone.

I find that face-to-face sessions allow for a greater overall experience, although other forms of communication do get the same results. The sessions can be a mixture of all these variables, depending on your needs.

Deciding whether to have therapy can feel like a daunting prospect and finding a therapist can like a difficult task, with the need to get it just right. This is not unusual and sometimes client's don't click with their therapist. However, in my experience this has been a rarity.

I offer an optional free 20-minute telephone call to give you the opportunity to briefly discuss the problem and what you hope to achieve. This gives us the chance to talk and for you to see if you feel comfortable to make an appointment.
